• A root cause analysis/corrective action program is in place. This process is performed for every problem to ensure that it does not re-occur.
• A measurement program is in place to allow us to determine the level of our performance. It helps us recognize when we are performing up to the level of expectation, as well as what needs improvement when we aren’t performing up to the standard that has been established.
• A communication process is in place so that all Pollock associates know how we are doing in each area of our business.
• Problem solving teams are established to determine the best solution, normally by the people who perform the functions involved.

This quality program is overseen by a Process Management Committee that is staffed by Pollock associates from locations across the company each with varying areas of expertise.
